London based artist, Brenda studied fine art and ceramics at Camberwell School of Art, her paintings are striking with their use of colour using either oils or acrylics. Her love of colour spills over to her ceramics, with the use of vivid glazes. Brenda is inspired by landscapes especially on her regular visits to Ireland. Her interests are abstract landscapes.

 

Brenda’s pottery is unique, it has an organic and experimental element, while also functional. She often decorates her ceramics with Celtic imagery. A nod to her love of Irish culture.

 

Portraiture is another area of her interests having work on several commissions. She is currently working on illustrations for a children’s book.
